Lost and Found: New Developments in Sustainable Design

Are you interested in art? Design? Craft? Tasmanian Timber? Woodworking? Then you won't want to miss this! Several talented Australian Designers have combined forces with Hydrowood, a Tasmanian timber company specializing in salvaging unique timber from the depths of Lake Pieman, located in the wild West Coast of Tasmania to bring together 'Lost and Found'. Showcasing a beautiful exhibition of the raw timber through to the beautifully designed and crafted pieces for everyone to appreciate.
The designers involved are - Scott Van Tuil, Simon Ancher, Geoffery Marshall, Creina Moore, Carol Russell, Todd Neale, Anthony Kleine, Andrew Baston-Graham, Nathan Day, Veiga Eyewear, Tom Fereday, Marcus Piper and Oak Possability.

It includes a state of the art Kinect Wall and a Persistance of Vision machine allowing for a mulit sensory experience. There is also traditional art making technology such as a Camera Obscura. The Addams Family

The quirky household of Morticia, Gomez, Uncle Fester, Wednesday, Puglsey and Lurch are all onboard to entertain and delight. Featurig an original musical score and creative storyline this is one show not to miss.

Queen - It's Kinda Magic

It is time to rock! Starring Giles Taylor, 'Queen - It's Kinda Magic' recreates the iconic bands 1986 World Tour Concert, featuring more than 20 songs that became famous around the world and have continued to live on as popular as ever. State of the art lighting and sound, authentic costumes and of course great attention to the music all assist with creating an atmosphere fit for a Queen.

Diary of a Wombat

Diary of a Wombat first began as a wonderfully well written and illustrated book by Jackie French and Bruce Whatley. The award winning company Monkey Baa Theatre bring the tale to a live audience directed towards the ages 3 to 9, however all the family will enjoy this show. The main character is the loveable Mothball the wombat, going in search of food and shelter but chaos as she moves along. Puppetry and live music help bring this tale to life in an endearing tale about relationships and the natural world.
