As we say goodbye to winter and welcome spring time to Tasmania, we also welcome some terrific events around Launceston this month.
Medibank ParkrunSat 3rd September 2016
Inveresk Precint, 2 Invermay Road, Launceston
Launceston, along with 180 other venues across Australia will be hosting 'Personal Better Day', with a parkrun. No matter what the weather, come along and participate in bettering yourself with a 5km run or walk. Entertainment provided by Medibank will be on display, and participants crossing the line will receive souvenirs for their milestone!

His exceptional abilities as a pianist and vocalist, Greg Andrew is regarded as one of the greatest impersonators of Elton John througout the world.

America's finest courtroom drama plays in Launceston this September! Set in New York in 1955, this performance tells the story of 12 members of the jurt who must deliberate over an accusation of murder. Whilst most of the members are quick to deliberate a guilty verdict, one juror, who's passion for truth to be told unwavers, tries to convince his fellow jurors of his doubts on areas of the evidence.
12 Angry Men is an intriguing and well written play, and is performing for 5 nights, with a Saturday afternoon performance as well.
